# Contact

The quickest way to reach us is email: [hello@17x7.com](mailto:hello@17x7.com). We read everything and usually reply within two working days.

## Useful things to include

- **Reporting a wrong result:** the page address (use "Copy link to these numbers" — it includes your inputs) and the result you expected, with its source if you have one.
- **Requesting a calculator:** who would use it, what they type in, and what number they need out. Trade calculators for a specific job are our favorite kind.
- **Widgets:** the page where you embedded the calculator, if something does not display correctly.
- **API or MCP:** the request you sent and the response you got.

Please do not send personal financial or tax documents. We cannot give individual tax, legal or engineering advice.
